Purpose of the Avec Trust

The Trust was set up on 25th May 1973 to encourage non-directive working with people in groups and the provision of work and vocational consultancy

We do this by ensuring that the work of Revd Dr George Lovell and Miss Catherine Widdicombe, who founded the ecumenical agency AVEC for that purpose, is made available and that the intellectual and practical legacy of their work is continued and developed.
